Camp sites to share available from R150 per person per night. Children under 6 are free.
Camp site tickets include a two day pass for the African Hills FPV Club.
Camp sites are allocated on a first come first serve basis
All pilots flying must be paid up SAMAA members.

Hereinafter referred to as (“AH”)
GENERAL BEHAVIOUR AND RIGHT OF ADMISSION
The venue operates in a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere and you are expected to act in a tranquil and peaceful manner so that all persons, including yourself can enjoy the event and its facilities. AH reserves the right of admission and the right to revoke such admission. In the case your admission is revoked and you are asked to leave and you do not leave, you shall be trespassing and the Venue reserves the right to call law enforcement / security to remove you from the premises.
ALCOHOL
Should alcohol be required it may only be brought onto the premises by a person over the age of 18. No liquor may be served to, consumed or sold to anyone under 18 years old. Alcohol will be confiscated and the guest removed / asked to leave the property if found that the guest/s are in violation of the "general behaviour and admission clause".
SECURITY
In the event that AH has security services on the premises an event, the person entering agrees:
Agrees that AH will not be held responsible or legally liable for any acts or omissions of the person/s or entity/ies carrying out such security services or for the failure of any of the security equipment or in the event that the security equipment is not in working order.
The ticket holder waivers any claims which it may have against AH in respect of the security services or provision of security equipment.
LIABILITY
INDEMNIFICATION
The person entering the property indemnities AH against any loss or damage or personal injury of whatsoever nature and howsoever causes to any person attending the event or any employees or agents or contractors, or any other persons entering the property as a result of the event.
All persons entering the premises will be require to sign the indemnity forms on entering the premises and should they not do so they will be refused access.
SMOKING
The venue is a NO SMOKING area and smoking may only occur in demarcated areas.
